theSpaBiz, a free website and monthly email newsletter, is the resource for spa industry professionals, guiding spa business owners, managers, directors and therapists. theSpaBiz website consists of two main channels of informational content, one for Spa Managers and the second for Spa Therapists. In the Spa Manager's channel, business owners, spa directors and managers, have access to content on the key areas for running a spa business daily operations, staff management, retail and merchandising, customer service and marketing and public relations for business development. The Spa Therapist's channel covers topics relevant to today's spa therapists such as, spa careers, education, finances, improving retail sales and the mastering the art of touch therapy. Both channels remain open to both managers and spa therapists however, to share and utliize the information. There should be no secrets between spa professionals.
